Refund policy

 60-Day Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your first two months, you may request a refund or exchange (for another product of equivalent value) within 60 days from the date of purchase (minus shipping/ handling, VAT, or duties).

Refunds and exchanges apply only to your first two purchases. For first-time orders that include more than two jars of product, only two jars are eligible for a refund. 

If your refund request is outside of the 60-day guarantee, we will be unable to issue a refund. Refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to process. To initiate an exchange or refund, please email our team at support@itsade.com.

Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion.
